What Climb AI does not do

Climb AI covers keyword research, article writing and publishing, technical and GEO audits, schema, rank tracking and AI citation tracking. Everything below is deliberately outside it — this page exists so you get a straight answer instead of a maybe.

Publishing platforms we do not integrate with

The native integrations are WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix. Anything else — Ghost, Squarespace, Craft, Drupal, Joomla, Framer, Notion, Medium, Substack, a static site generator, a custom CMS — has no native integration and none is promised. Two supported routes cover them:

• Webhook — Climb AI posts the finished article as JSON to any URL you control, so a platform with an API can be driven from your own small handler. See Webhook.
• Export — download each article as HTML, Markdown or JSON and paste or import it yourself. See Exporting articles.

Features that are not part of the product

• Backlink outreach or link building — Climb AI does not contact other sites, buy links, or run guest-post campaigns. Internal linking between your own articles is included; off-site links are not.
• Social media posting — articles are not cross-posted to LinkedIn, X, Facebook or anywhere else.
• Paid ads — no Google Ads, Meta Ads or campaign management of any kind.
• Manual editing or consulting by our team — there is no done-for-you service tier; the agents do the work and you review it.
• A second website — you cannot add a second website or connect more than one site: the plan allows one connected website, and Starter is the only plan on sale, so there is no larger tier to move up to. To work on a different site, disconnect the current one or email hello@climbai.io.

How many websites you can connect

One. A Climb AI subscription connects exactly one website — not two, not three, and adding a second site is refused rather than charged for. Starter is the only plan sold, so there is no larger plan, no per-site add-on and no multi-site pricing to move to. If you run several sites, either disconnect the current one to work on another, or email hello@climbai.io and say how many you need.

How to reach a human

Support is email only, at hello@climbai.io. There is no phone line, no live chat with a person, no WhatsApp and no Slack channel — the chat widget in the app is this assistant, and choosing "Talk to a human" in it opens an email ticket rather than connecting you to someone live. Replies normally come within 24 hours, and you can also email hello@climbai.io directly from the address on your account.

Rankings are not guaranteed

No tool controls Google, and Climb AI promises no position, no traffic number and no timeline. What it gives you is the work — research, drafts, publishing, audits, fixes — done continuously instead of occasionally, plus the measurement to see whether it is landing. Connect Google Search Console and the numbers you see are Google's own, not our estimate.

AI-written content and Google

Google's published position is that it rewards helpful, original content however it was produced, and acts against content mass-produced primarily to manipulate rankings. Climb AI is built for the first case: articles are written from your keywords, your audience and your voice, they publish on a cadence you choose, and every one lands as a draft or a scheduled post you can read and edit before it goes live. Reviewing drafts rather than publishing everything unread is the single biggest thing you can do here.
