Billing, the free trial and cancelling

Climb AI has one plan on sale: Starter, $49.99/month or $39.99/month billed annually at $479.90/year. Every plan starts with a 5-day free trial and checkout runs on Whop's hosted payment page — you'll leave the app briefly and land back on it once payment is confirmed.

Plans and prices — monthly vs annual

Starter is the only plan on sale and it costs $49.99 per month, or $39.99 per month when billed annually — $479.90 for the year, which works out about 20% cheaper than paying monthly. Both options carry the same allowances and the same 5-day free trial; the annual one is purely a discount for paying up front. There is no cheaper tier and no larger tier, so the only choice is monthly or annual.

What happens on day 6

Nothing is charged during the 5-day trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged for the plan you picked (monthly or annual) on day 6, and your account converts from trial allowances to the full plan allowance immediately — see Allowances and limits for the trial-vs-plan numbers.

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Billing and select Cancel Plan. Cancelling does not cut off access immediately: your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Billing shows the exact date access ends. There is no separate "downgrade" step — reactivating before that date keeps your plan running as if nothing happened.

Switching between monthly and annual

Whop has no in-place way to change the price on a live membership, so switching plans opens a new checkout for the plan you're moving to. Once that new membership activates, your old one is cancelled automatically — you don't need to cancel it yourself. Do this from Settings → Billing using the Switch Plan button.

Refunds — the 30-day money-back guarantee

New subscriptions (monthly or annual) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Renewal payments after that first 30-day window are non-refundable — for an annual plan, that means the guarantee applies to the year you just paid for only at the start, not every year. Unused service credits are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email hello@climbai.io with your registered email and purchase date. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Payments and receipts

Whop is the payment processor for every plan — Google Pay, Apple Pay and cards are all accepted through it. Your billing history and invoice receipts live under Settings → Billing, and failed-payment updates (a card that didn't go through) are also managed there, with a direct link to update your payment method on Whop.
