Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use Climb AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Climb AI is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free trial

New accounts may start a free trial as described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

Acceptable use

You may not use Climb AI to generate content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or is intended to deceive search engines or AI systems in ways that violate their published guidelines.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (such as WordPress or Google Search Console) may affect availability.

Limitation of liability

Climb AI is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Climb AI wird betrieben von Apparent Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, mit Hauptsitz in Flat/RM 05-06, 18/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht von the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
