30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Climb AI within 30 days of your first paid payment, contact hello@climbai.io and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
Free trial cancellation
The 5-day free trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends at no charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and is billed at the plan price shown at signup.
Subsequent billing periods
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Refunds for later billing periods are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example in the event of a service issue on our side.
How to request a refund
Email hello@climbai.io with your account email and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current billing period outside the guarantee above.

Climb AI wird betrieben von Apparent Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, mit Hauptsitz in Flat/RM 05-06, 18/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht von the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
